•Each 1lb pack of wanton skins contains approximately 50 skins (these are packaged in freezer paper and are for bulk or restaurant users)
• Each 13oz pack of wanton skins contains approximately 40 skins (these are packed in a square plastic container and are available with and without eggs for home users)
• Skins must be kept frozen (if not for immediate consumption)
• The shelf life is 1 year in a freezer and 1 week in the refrigerator
• Skins must be fully thawed before use. Do not expose skins to the air while thawing since a lot of moisture will be lost and the skins will quickly become dry and brittle. If possible, cover with a damp cloth while thawing
• Unused skin must be tightly sealed and refrozen or refrigerated
